  • Order

    For ordering XL premium account, visitor is supposed to fill all needed fields of the sign up form truly and correctly. Service provider reserves right to verify personal data and cancel orders with fake personal details. Service provier(BRapid International Inc) will keep customer personal data in database archive and may use them for providing additional services or sending information mails or SMS about order processing, news and actions running on brapid.sk

    Order process begins by sending filled up order form. After succesful order, automatic e-mail containing payment details is sent to customer. Premium account is activated and login data sent to customer after payment is received/comfirmed or credit card payment is used. The processing time can take up to 12 hours in the case of Moneybookers, Alertpay and PayPay, 5 working days in the case of EU wire transfer. Account is activated immediately after payment, if this is payed by credit card(currently unavailable).

    Order containing obviously fake data can be canceled. If we receive payment of a canceled order, the fee is sent back to sender following rules of unidentified payment described below. Orders which could be canceled: suspicious orders, orders with fake personal data, multiple orders with same data received in short time period. Additional selling of premium accounts and their use for illegal services for sharing accounts and similar purposes is prohibited and in the case of revealing, BRapid can refuse next orders from the same customer.
  • Delivery

    Character of provided service is informational, so the product - premium account login data is delivered by electronic form (email, SMS). After payment identification, BRapid is obliged to send premium account login details in time period of 12 hours.

    Setting account alias and new password for delivered account is strongly recomended as it will avoid later problems with account theft. Generated login data is stored in our database and is used in the case of lost password or stolen account.
  • Prices at BRapid.sk

    Prices are primarily in EURO currency, prices in currecies CZK, RON, PLN or other are calculated according to current exchange rates and rounded. Customer from country, of which language is available on BRapid is obliged to use currency, which is specific for his domestic country or in the EUR currency.
  • Personal Data
  • XL account usage

    XL account is a service that allows customers to download from multiple filehosters and other ancillary services with a single premium account. XL account has no data limits (daily weekly or monthly), the customer can download any amount of data from any supported server except of those with limited daily usage. In this context, it is forbidden to abuse the service for the following purposes:

    •     Multiple users share one account. Sharing account is considered fundamental brake of user TOS and can result in permanent ban without refund.
    •     XL account usage in a way that leads to excessive server load: using software, which creates more than 16 connections per one download; downloads of bigger number of files simultaneously, where each file downloads through many parallel connections, downloading large amounts of data to the server (more than 10 gigabytes) and then deleting files meaningless; extracting oversized rar archives on the server; using XL account for transload of large number of files from one hoster to another. If a downloading customer creates a total of more than 40 simultaneous connections to the server, this can result to a temporary block of his IP address for a few hours (<24 hours) to prevent DDOS.
    •     Excessive downloading: Although the service is unlimited, the operator reserves the right to adequately restrict the excessive usage. Should user download more than 50 GB per day in average for 7 days in row or more than 150 GB in 24 hours, operator may lock such account or apply data limit to the account. Current data limit for restricted users is 10 GB / 24 hours. Repeated abuse of this rule may result in permanent ban.
    •     Sharing of illegal content.
    •     Using of dedicated server / VPS / Remote desktop: Excesive usage of dedicated servers is considered account sharing and may result in ban. Users using dedicated servers shall not download more than 50 GB in 24 hours, or restrictive rules or lock may be applied to the account.
    •     Torrent downloader abuse: Since for providing better speeds of torrent download, our server is set to upload partial data back to the p2p network. In this context, User as a initiator of the torrent download holds all responsibility for legitimacy of torrent data and possible copyright violation by uploading these data back to network. We provide the architecture and bandwidth, acceptable use of these resources is sole responsibility of the customer. In the case we receive complaints / copyright claims for the torrents initiated by customer, we may interrupt the account permanently and be obliged to provide details about infringing user.

    Customer buying XL account agrees with the following:

    •     XL account can not used for improper purposes of sharing unwanted data and data without proper copyright. Unwanted data means any data that support or spread racial hatry, violence or terrorism, contains child porn, unauthorized credit card dumps, malware, content protected by copyright or any other data, the production and distribution of which is subject to prohibition or in conflict with good manners. In case of violation of these rules, service provider is obliged at the request of law enforcement agencies to provide all the information needed to identify the infringing user.
    •     Filehosters List supported is not guaranteed and can change during subscription. Change in the filehosters support can not be  reason for applying money back guarantee. The cancellation or temporary suspension of a server can occur due to technical reasons or due to lack of consumer interest in downloading from this server. During the prepaid period, new filehosters can be enabled, while new filehosters support applies to all active accounts XL, even those purchased at a time when the server was not supported.
    •     Download speed is not guaranteed. Although the service operator seeks to preserve the maximum pulling speed, speed can be temporarily limited. Download speeds may be variable depending on the filehoster (Note: Filepost, Extabit, Unibytes and others may be slow and download speeds of these servers rarely exceeds 20 Mbit / s). Operator is not responsible for the slow download speed caused by the filehoster. If the slow download speed is not temporary in nature and affects all filehosters, we ask customers to contact provider where they bought service for help. Appropriate setting of the account can eliminate problems completely.
    •     In the case of supported Filehosters change, changes in the terms of use, cancellation of service or bankruptcy of the operator, customer has no legal right for compensation / refund of funds.
    •     XL Service account does not serve the purpose of backing up sensitive data. In the case of damage or loss of customer data stored on the server (accessible via the file manager), the acquisition or misuse by unauthorized users due to hacker attacks on the server, operator does not hold responsibility for any damage that could arise.
        These conditions may change at any time and without notice.
  • Possible VAT Conditions

    BRapid International Inc (later only brapid) is foreign company and is not VAT payer. As Brapid is international trading company providing its products and services worldwide with no certain market boundaries, As Brapid does not collect users personal information, as its hard to determine the final market country, as its hard to determine the tax status of shopping customer, Brapid does not hold any responsibility for local tax or VAT requirements, which could arrise of shopping on our page. By accepting these terms and conditions customer accepts, that he is solely responsible of any local tax or VAT requirements, which may apply to the provided services. Should it be clear in the means of local laws, that merchant (in this case BRapid) has the responsibility of arrisen tax requirements and turnover tax or VAT is due, BRapid is not willing to accept such transaction and customer is not allowed to use our service by any means.
  • Invoicing

    In certain cases, it might be necesary to obtain invoice and include it in accounting for our services to satisfy local law requirements. We are willing to provide invoice, if customer needs it or it is due in respect to the local laws of jurisdiction customer resides in. If invoice is needed for purchase or transaction by any means to satisfy any law, we ask customer to contact us by e-mail and provide us all necesary informations to issue an invoice. We will do so within 14 days period upon request.
  • Payment methods

    For payment purpose, several possible methods are available on BRapid. Payment details needed to transfer money are included in automatic e-mail sent to customer after succesful order registration. All provided information must be included in payment in order to make BRapid able to recognize payment and soon order processing. If its not possible to recognize the order, received money is sent back to sending bank account (ˇif possible). This ammount can be reduced by additional costs caused by money transfer charges. When making international wire transfer, customer should always use method 'OUR' in international payment. We are not responsible for any expenses caused by charges of different processing banks, if the 'SHA' method was used.
  • Canceling order

    Order can be canceled by customer request sent to order(at)brapid.sk, with order number and e-mail used when registering order.
  • Order maturity

    Order maturity is 30 days. Unpaid order is canceled and e-mail about order cancelation is sent to customer
  • Complaints processing

    If some problem occurs during order processing or account using, customer may complain about arrisen problems. For complaints, please send e-mail to order(at)brapid.sk with subject "Complaint". Complaint is examined and customer is informed in the time period of 2 working days. If reason of complaint is confirmed, customer may ask his money back. Refund is done until 7 working days from complaint processing to senders account or following details arranged by e-mail or phone. Complaint could be sent in theese cases:
    • Order was not processed in the time limit of 4 hours since payment confirmation during working days (Mon- Fri 9:00 - 21:00) CET. Time limit of 4 hours is counting in working hours. In this case, its not possible to ask money back.
    • If order was not processed until 12 hodín in working hours after fullfiling activation requirements, customer may ask for refund of 100% of payed money.
    • If customer has found defect on delivered premium account, he may ask for refund. Deffect can be shorter time validity of premium account as specified in price list, impossibility of signing in and using premium account or other defects making usage of premium account impossible. Its not possible to complain about defect caused by thoughtless manipulation, providing login data to third parties and other customer-caused problems. In the case of inaccessibility of XL servers or problem caused by XL AG, BRapid is not committed to providing money-back guarantee
